Summer Leadership Academy
The Summer Leadership Academy at Haynie & Company is an exclusive program that takes place annually during the summer months. Tailored for accounting students, this academy aims to enhance their comprehension of leadership dynamics while equipping them with essential skills for thriving in business leadership roles. Participants of this event are afforded a comprehensive insight into the inner workings of a CPA firm, offering a unique glimpse into the distinctive culture and professional environment at Haynie & Company.
Activities Include:
- Participate in interactive leadership activities and games with Haynie professionals and other students
- Discuss leadership opportunities in the public accounting environment, specifically how you can maximize your leadership potential
- Experience Haynie & Company’s culture and learn more about our core values of Family, Trust, Service, Growth, and Communication
- Be involved in Q & A sessions about the CPA exam, tax vs. audit, remote working, and work-life balance
The Summer Leadership Academy is For Students Who Are:
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting
- Excited about developing leadership skills and increasing leadership opportunities
- Interested in learning more about the public accounting industry and Haynie & Company specifically
- Interested in becoming eligible for offers of employment from Haynie & Company
