Nate Davis, CPA, is an Audit Partner at Haynie & Company. Nate is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Colorado Society of CPAs (COCPA), and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants (UACPA); Nate is a licensed CPA in both Colorado and Utah.
Nate’s professional journey with Haynie began in September 2008 and extended until September 2015, demonstrating his commitment and expertise. Following a brief hiatus, he rejoined Haynie in December 2023, bringing back his extensive knowledge and skills to contribute to the firm’s success.
Nate is an alumnus of Brigham Young University and Utah Valley State College, where he laid the foundation for his career in accounting. His areas of expertise encompass diverse fields, including real estate development, compliance in affordable housing, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) financed properties, low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) projects, and audits for employee benefit plans. Nate’s proficiency extends to regulatory compliance, encompassing defined contribution 401k, defined benefits, health & welfare programs, and nonprofit organizations.
