Joyce Whitaker, CPA, CFE, is a Senior Manager at Haynie & Company. She attended Sam Houston State University where she received her B.B.A. in Accounting and B.B.A. in General Business. Joyce is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs.
