Haynie & Company was a proud double Gold Sponsor at The YMCA of Greater Houston Kids Splash & Dash and 20th Annual YMCA Kids Triathlon, presented by Texas Children’s Hospital The Woodlands. The events took place on June 10, 2023, and July, 15, 2023 benefitting the YMCA Annual Campaign. The Kids Splash & Dash was a swim/run race, while the YMCA Kids Triathlon was a swim/bike/run for youth ages 7–15.

Terri Arora, Tax Partner in The Woodlands office, has been a Board Member for The Woodlands Family YMCA Kids Triathlon since 2018. Terri says, “Volunteering at Woodlands YMCA has been an incredibly rewarding experience. It’s about giving back to the community – for both families and kids in need. The organization is so much more than a gym, which is what most people think of when they hear YMCA. The YMCA transforms lives and, with the continued help of its volunteers and sponsors, is able to meet the community’s health and well-being needs across so many different levels.”
