We work closely with third party administrators to make sure that all tax filings with the Employee Benefit Security Administration and the Internal Revenue Service are timely and complete. This coordination of various professional service disciplines will be tested in 2010 with the new mandatory government electronic filing requirements scheduled to take effect January 1, 2010.
